Come and join our team Carmarthenshire's Flying Start Programme is seeking a highly organised, analytical and self‑motivated Performance Data Officer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong data skills who is committed to supporting improved outcomes for children and families.
The Flying Start Performance Data Officer will play a crucial role in maintaining high‑quality data systems, supporting performance monitoring, and ensuring accurate and timely reporting across the Flying Start programme. You will work closely with internal teams and partner agencies to support evidence‑based decision making and continuous service improvement.
We are looking for someone who is highly organised, able to manage competing priorities, and maintain accuracy under pressure. The ideal candidate will bring excellent IT and digital skills, with the confidence to use a range of databases, such as Eclipse, as well as Microsoft applications. They will demonstrate strong attention to detail in all aspects of data entry, validation, and reporting, and possess excellent written communication skills, enabling them to produce clear, accurate and professional documentation. The role also requires a self‑motivated and proactive individual who can work effectively both independently and as part of a wider team.
