An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced worker to join the West Wales Shared Lives Team. We are looking for a positive, solution-focused and highly motivated individual who strives for excellence in their work.
You will work as part of a friendly, supportive team who are responsible for the day-to-day financial system, ensuring high accuracy.
As our Business Support, you will be responsible in coordinating and providing financial support to the Business Manager, on behalf of West Wales and members of the Regional Partnership Board and stakeholders, in the management and reporting of budgets, creating and monitoring of debtor's invoices and quality assurance, associated with the Business across Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire. Performing a key role in providing and ensuring transparency and accountability as a registered service under CIW, for Carmarthenshire as the lead Authority.
If you have any previous experience of working in a busy setting and extensive experience of Microsoft Office packages and data analysis, we are particularly interested in hearing from you.
