Advert Family Support Worker (Prevention and Social Care Support)
The Children's Social Care Department is seeking to appoint a professional, committed and caring person within its prevention services for families in Wrexham. The Family Support Worker will be undertaking all aspects of family support services across the child care teams. The role will be working directly with children, young people and families to promote positive parenting, independence, healthy relationships and to keep children safe.
You will have relevant qualifications either QCF or NVQ3 in Health and Social Care(Child Care) or other relevant Child Care qualifications or ability and commitment to achieve the QCF Level 3 within a set timescale.
Working Hours:
Prevention and Social Care Support Waking Hours Team:
Between 7am and 7pm, 5 days per week
