Family Support Worker - Fostering

The Children's Social Care Department is seeking to appoint a professional, committed and caring person within its Fostering service in Wrexham. The Family Support Worker will be undertaking all aspects of family support services across the teams. The role will be working directly with children and foster carers to support placements, promote positive parenting, independence, healthy relationships and to keep children safe.
You will have relevant qualifications either QCF or NVQ3 in Health and Social Care (Child Care) or other relevant Child Care qualifications or ability and commitment to achieve the QCF Level 3 within a set timescale.
