Family Support Worker

Re-connect project is a project to work directly with children and families in their homes to support parenting skills and understanding, to manage risks and to offer
therapeutically informed support and guidance to children and young people to be able to move forward with their lives and to be able to develop life long support network.

SALARY - IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Salary would be pro rata if not working full time hours or 52 weeks per year.
i.e. 37 hours per week / 32.5 per week for School Teachers

Temporary End Date (if applicable): 31/03/2028

Location: County Hall (Rhadyr - Usk), NP15 1GA, United Kingdom. This may change in the future if the service location needs to relocate. Relocation or disturbance expenses will not be paid if this happens.
