Work base: Family Centre Llanrwst
Are you passionate about making a positive difference to families in our community? Do you want to support families to access the right support at the right time, in the right way?
This role provides the opportunity to manage the team based in Llanrwst (Family Centre), covering the South of the county.
Working closely with other agencies you will develop and maintain support networks that families can rely on; providing early support and preventing families ending up in difficulties or crisis. Based within the local community, you will support an enthusiastic and friendly team to provide groups, courses and one to one support for families.

This role offers flexible working options for a work life balance. This can include adjusting your working day and hybrid working, ie a balance of office and home working.
