We're looking for a motivated and resilient Employment Support Worker to join our Disability Employment Mentoring Support Service. This is a rewarding role where you'll help individuals develop the skills they need to move closer to voluntary or paid employment.

Resilience is key-you'll remain supportive and composed through both the rewarding and challenging moments of the role.
What We Offer : • A full induction programme and access to specialist training, including BASE (British Association for Supported Employment). • Opportunities to develop professionally and make a real impact in people's lives. • A supportive team environment where your ideas and initiative are valued.
