These are full-time, fixed-term positions for 12 months.

Integrated Family Support Service (IFSS) Practitioners very often see this role as a springboard to professional development.
You will be responsible for providing rapid and timely intervention support to strengthen families in cases whereby there is a risk of children and young people being accommodated and moving into care, directed by the Team Manager of the Integrated Family Support Service.
You will work alongside the Integrated Family Support Team and social work teams working consistently with families to improve relationships to enable children to remain living within the family network.
You will provide structured evidence-based interventions that enable families to develop problem-solving skills, build resilience and achieve good outcomes for the family unit to be sustained.
You will work directly with families at level two three and four - with children in need, children in need of protection and young people looked after. You will also support the re-unification of families post care order.
We are passionate and committed to developing and delivering practical solutions that aims to improve the lives of children and families.
You must have five GCSE grade C or equivalent and have previous experience of working with children and families.
An NVQ3 or above in Social Care or equivalent is desirable.
A valid driving license is essential.
