Description:To deliver high quality 1:1 support in families homes with children aged 0-4 years. To deliver early years groups to families in the designated areas of Flying Start.
About youYou will need:
- Minimum three years experience of working with Children and Families
- Minimum two years of working directly in Family Support
- Experience of working within the Early Years sector
- Knowledge of early intervention initiatives
- Good knowledge of Children's Development and Play
- Ability to work under pressure and have a flexible approach to work
- Ability to work one to one with parents in their home
Level 3 in Early Years, Education, CCLD or a relevant equivalent qualification (must be related to 0-4year old development)
