- Diploma/NVQ 4 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above)
- Experience working with children, young people, and foster carers
- Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills
- Knowledge of safeguarding, GDPR, and relevant legislation
