As a care assistant you will be supporting individuals with their day to day lives, encouraging them to live as independently as possible.
Our ideal care assistant will:
● Be able to engage and develop positive relationships with individuals.
● Be reliable, friendly, and caring to help individuals achieve their everyday goals (including personal care).
● Be resilient, attentive and ensure individuals are treated with the dignity and care they deserve.
● Be able to work independently – this could involve taking sole responsibility for a person we support, ensuring their safety and health are fulfilled.
●Be involved in facilitating activities which are person-centred, which promote their dignity, independence, and well-being.

-Must be over 18 due to the nature of the job -Must have a full driver’s licence access to your own car -Must be willing to complete a QCF 2 in Health and Social Care after your probationary period has been completed.
