Job description
About usNew Horizons is a Day Service committed to providing a high standard of care without taking away independence, we promote equality, choice, independence, empowerment, and personal development. We work with the individual to plan person centred activities or personal goals.
We run a 5-day service at this time Monday to Friday and provide a safe environment where people can regain their confidence and make new friends. At the centre we have a craft room, gym, lounge, woodwork room and sports area, we also have two adapted service buses that enable us to take individuals or groups out into the community to places of their choice.
