Casual RAFGM Coordinator

We are seeking to recruit an RAFGM Coordinator who will deliver Restorative Approaches / Family Group Meetings in line with TGP Cymru’s policies and procedures ensuring the regulatory and contractual compliance of the organisation.

The postholder will be able to demonstrate an understanding of the following:
• Whole family working with children, young people and families in complex situations including safeguarding
• Family Group Meetings/ Conferencing, Restorative Practice , Conflict Resolution
• Facilitating complex groups / meetings
• Using virtual online meeting platforms

We are looking for Casual Coordinators to cover the local authorities of Bridgend, Neath Port Talbot and Rhondda Cynon Taf.

Casual work refers to flexible employment with no guaranteed hours. Casual hours will be offered in line with the needs of the project.
