At Dan y Bryn Residential Care Home, our dedicated and compassionate team is looking for Night Care Workers to help us continue providing exceptional support to our cherished residents. • Night time hours: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 pm – 8:00 am • 33 hours per week on a 2 week rolling rota • Weekend work required

How can I make a difference?
This service is the home of 40 residents, all with individual personalities and different support needs including some with dementia.
As a Care Worker, you’ll be at the heart of daily life for our residents, assisting them to live their lives to the fullest and ensuring they feel valued, safe, and supported.
Duties will include:
Promoting the health and wellbeing of residents Providing personal care and emotional support Administering medication Supporting residents to engage in stimulating activities Using a person-centred approach to involve residents in their care
What skills and experience do you need?
You don’t need previous care experience as full training and ongoing support are provided.
What matters most is your attitude and empathy. You’ll bring:
Excellent communication skills and a positive outlook The ability to respond to emotional, social, and spiritual needs Confidence to work both independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and take part in training Digital, numeracy, and literacy skills Experience working with people or customers in any setting
