We are fortunate to have built a dedicated, hardworking, closely knit team of Care Assistants, but we need more of them! Every day is different when you work in Care, but one thing that remains the same, day in and day out, is the commitment and dedication of our staff who always aim to make a difference to the lives of our service users. Ensuring that our service users and their families feel safe, respected and confident in the quality of care provided is all in a day’s work. However, this is only possible when our carers feel valued and supported themselves. We listen to our staff, and always try to implement any suggestions they may make which will make their lives better and easier and improve the level of service which we offer.
We are therefore always looking for caring, compassionate and consistent people to join our team. People who are as passionate as we are in helping people to live their lives to their full potential.

JOINING OUR TEAM
We are currently looking for people to join our team. Experience is not necessary; if you have varied life experience and a real desire to make a difference, then we would like to hear from you. Enthusiasm for a change of career and a positive attitude are essential.
We offer full training leading to a recognised qualification in care. We also offer a comprehensive induction programme to increase knowledge and build confidence. This includes time spent shadowing other, more experienced carers before you go “out in the field” on your own. Our mandatory training is delivered via e-learning courses which means that our staff can study at their leisure. However, we are always on hand to answer any queries which our carers may have.
If you are interested in being part of a small, friendly company where the owner and Director has a hands-on role, which provides a truly personal service, and values both its staff and its clients alike then we would love to hear from you.
We are looking for a minimum of two carers with full driving licences and access to their own vehicles for work who are happy to work in Abergavenny and Crickhowell.
We are also happy to take on walkers who live in Abergavenny for our Abergavenny shifts.
