Shifts: 22:00 – 08:00 | 3 nights on, 3 nights off (includes weekends & bank holidays)

About Towy Castle
Set within three acres of landscaped gardens with beautiful views over the Towy estuary, Towy Castle is a 61-bed residential care home providing specialist dementia and elderly care. For over 35 years, our experienced team has delivered professional, person-centred care in a warm and welcoming environment.
Your Role
As a Night Care Assistant, you’ll provide comfort, safety, and support throughout the night helping residents feel secure, respected, and cared for.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Assisting residents with personal care and bedtime routines Offering reassurance, companionship, and emotional support overnight Monitoring wellbeing and responding promptly to residents’ needs Supporting morning routines and preparing for handover Maintaining a clean, calm, and safe environment Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure continuity of care What We’re Looking For
✔ Previous experience in a care or nursing home setting (essential) ✔ Familiarity with dementia care and night routines (preferred) ✔ Calm, compassionate, and observant approach ✔ NVQ/QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or willingness to work towards) ✔ Reliable, professional, and a strong team player
