The Reablement Team is recruiting a motivated, well-organised
Business Support Officer to provide high-quality administrative support to our service, helping individuals across Pembrokeshire regain independence following illness or injury.
About the RoleYou will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Reablement Team, working closely with colleagues and other professionals, to ensure the smooth delivery of the service. The role includes accurate monitoring of staff hours, scheduling rota's, expenditures, annual leave, and sickness, alongside producing performance reports, KPIs, and service delivery data.
This role requires an organised individual who can prioritise workloads, meet deadlines consistently, and work effectively as part of a team while handling a range of competing tasks.
You will hold an
NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or a related qualification (or equivalent experience) and have experience working in a busy, fast-paced environment, ideally within social care or a similar sector. You will be methodical, with excellent organisational skills, high attention to detail, and strong logical problem-solving and analytical abilities. You will be confident using IT systems, including advanced Microsoft Excel and work well with others, providing reliable administrative support to the wider team while consistently meeting deadlines.
