We have an exciting opportunity to work with the Integrated Family Support Service (IFSS) as a Business Support Officer. The IFSS provides an invaluable resource to a number of childcare teams within Pembrokeshire and focuses on assisting parents when they require support with parenting, to ensure that they can continue to care for their children safely.
As a Business Support Officer, you will provide administrative support for the team, including scheduling meetings and events, diary management and other business processes. In addition, you will be responsible for maintaining data records, producing reports and providing information for the management team when required.
As the ideal candidate you will be highly organised and able to work both independently and as part of a team. You will be working with a range of stakeholders, including service providers, health professionals, third sector partners and service users therefore excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Experience in minute taking would be an advantage and experience of working within a Social Care setting would be favourable.
