Job description
Work base: Coed Pella, Colwyn Bay
Applications are invited for the post of Business and MIS officer within the Social Care and Education department.
You will work with Conwy schools in line with the Service Level Agreement held with the MIS team in managing and inputting schools' data. You will have daily contact with school and education officers in ensuring the quality of data is maintained and accurate data reports are produced.
You will be responsible for keeping the school MIS systems up to date. This will involve both adding new learners to the system and updating existing information in line with school requests.
We will provide you with relevant training and support to confidently undertake the role. To be considered for this role you will need to have a high level of integrity, personal resilience, be calm under pressure and pay close attention to detail.
Finally, you will need to be a great communicator with strong Microsoft Office skills, with a real passion for delivering excellent customer service.
The ability to communicate confidently, both oral and written, in English is essential and the ability to communicate in Welsh is desirable for this post.
