Brokerage Team:
1 Full-Time Post - 37 hours As a Broker, you'll play a key role in arranging and purchasing social care provision across Carmarthenshire. Every day you'll help shape the support individuals receive by working closely with a range of professionals, and care and support providers within different sectors across Social Care.
As a broker, you will need to be organised, flexible, confident using IT systems, and possess excellent communication and good interpersonal skills for building positive working relationships with Professionals and colleagues within the Team.
