There are three ATMs within the team, and their key responsibilities include:
- Managing referrals and ensuring timely outcomes.
- Allocating and authorising appropriate assessments.
- Leading strategy discussions and multi-agency meetings with the police and other partners, in line with current legislation.
- Providing day-to-day and formal supervision to social workers.

Financial incentives -
Golden Hello - £3,000
Weekend working allowance - to be agreed by senior management (such as time and a half/ double pay on Sunday)
Unsocial Hours - CCAT are working to a 9 day fortnight, can accrue TOIL hours and flexi hours
Relocation Allowance - up to £8,000 for elligible applicants
Market Supplement payment - To be reviewed August 2026
