Join our team as an Adoption Marketing Officer and help us find loving and suitable families for children who are waiting to be placed for adoption.

About the Role

As our Adoption Marketing Officer, you'll be at the heart of our outreach efforts-crafting compelling stories, managing multi-channel campaigns, and building community engagement to raise awareness of adoption and recruit prospective adoptive families.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and deliver targeted marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media
• Create engaging content including blogs, videos, and case studies
• Manage the organization's online presence and website updates
• Coordinate events and outreach activities to promote adoption
• Collaborate with adoption teams to align messaging and recruitment goals
• Monitor campaign performance and report on key metrics

What We're Looking For
• Proven experience in marketing, communications, or public engagement
• Strong storytelling and content creation skills
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and analytics
• Passion for social impact and child welfare
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• The ability to speak Welsh is essential.
