Work base: Agile working across Social Services sites

We're looking for someone who thrives on variety and wants to build their career in business support and administration. You'll join a busy and dynamic Social Care Business Support team, working alongside the Older People and Hospital Social Work Teams and Community Support Services - all dedicated to providing high quality services to our communities.
What You'll Be Doing - In this rewarding role, you will: - Provide day to day administrative support within the department - Welcome visitors, set up meetings and coordinate meeting rooms - Manage calls and emails from the public, practitioners and service professionals - Take minutes at meetings (full training and support provided) - Carry out essential office duties such as inputting data, managing information systems, processing timesheets, preparing letters and more

Welsh fluency is essential for this post, as it allows us to give our citizens a real choice of language and ensures we deliver a accessible and supportive service to all
