As one of the biggest employers in the area, we want you to join our close working friendly team to provide business support to Social Care Teams.
Due to an expansion within our Children Looked After Services, we are seeking an additional Admin Assistant in Workforce Business Support for a fixed term period until April 2027.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in a well-established and highly respected team. You'll provide direct support to the Workforce Service to assist Social Care Teams with Human Resources processes and Learning & Development activities. You'll be fully supported and mentored by experienced colleagues as you take on a variety of responsibilities.
Your work will include, but not limited to, assisting managers with HR recruitment and retention functions, supporting staff training and development needs. You will work closely with Workforce Development Officers to coordinate and manage learning events
You should have strong listening skills, accurate record-keeping and typing abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Integrity, resilience, and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential qualities for this role.
