Your Role
Plan and deliver varied activities suited to residents’ needs Encourage participation in both group and one-to-one sessions Organise seasonal events, celebrations, and outings Build strong relationships with residents, families, and local groups Keep simple records of attendance and feedback What We’re Looking For
✔ Friendly, enthusiastic, and creative ✔ Organised with good communication skills ✔ Experience in care, community, or activity-based roles (desirable) ✔ Compassionate, person-centred approach
