Experience of supporting people with learning disabilities is desirable but not essential, as successful applicants will be encouraged to bring their own life experiences and skills to the role. You will be provided with an induction, ongoing training and supervision to carry out your work effectively.

Due to services being delivered 365 days per year, the successful applicants will have opportunity to cover a range of shifts, including but not limited to; evenings, wake nights, weekends, and Bank holidays including Christmas & New Year. Sleep-in duties are also part of the work pattern for which additional payments are made.
It is essential that you possess a full driving licence as there may be the requirement to transport individuals in their mobility vehicles.
