37 hours per weekTeam Leaders play a vital part in maintaining and improving the quality of the Community Resource Team (CRT), helping us to meet the Regulations and National Minimum Standards for Domiciliary Care. Leadership and communication skills are essential as well as drive and enthusiasm. Under the direction of the Support at Home Organiser, you will work closely with the Co-ordinators in your team, Occupational Therapists, Care Managers, Social Workers and Support Workers to ensure that the needs of service users are met through safe working practices.Working as part of CRT, you will ensure that we provide our Support Workers with the appropriate management, supervision and support, as well as monitoring the quality of service. Hold weekly team meetings with the Occupational Therapist and Support Workers. You will provide individual supervision and appraisal. You will also be responsible for visiting Service Users to ensure that we provide a good quality, safe, effective service.
