An opportunity has arisen for a Wellbeing support workers to join Ty Nant Ddu, Day Opportunities on a full-time basis.
We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic people who are looking for the next step in their career. For one of the posts, we are looking for someone who has some experience or enjoy gardening or woodwork to support on our outside projects.
The successful candidates will be keen to work in a way which focuses on 'what matters' to the people that you work for and is able to form and develop relationships with individuals and carers to ensure that they are supported to achieve outcomes that matter to them. You will be based at Ty Nant Ddu Resource Centre in Pontypool but you will be expected to work at outside projects and outreach in the community around the Borough.
