1 x Permanent Well-being and Welfare Practitioner Carmarthen Community Team Learning Disability
We welcome applications to come and join our Community Team for Learning Disabilities in Carmarthen. We currently have a Full-time Well-being and Welfare Practitioner Posts available.

You will be a part of a supportive team, committed to delivering high quality Social Work services and a wider service working together to do the best they can to support individuals, and their families to feel connected to their communities. We work with adults with learning disabilities as part of a multi-disciplinary team to promote their well-being and to maximise their independence in regard to their finances and welfare benefits.
The Community Learning Disabilities Team is committed to providing exceptional support and care for individuals with Learning Disabilities and their carers. Our team is dedicated to improving the outcomes for individuals through compassionate, person-centred approaches.
