Training Manager - Supported Employment - Grant funded post initially to March 2027.
Are you motivated by seeing people achieve their full potential? Our supported employment projects support people who want to work but face complex barriers to employment to achieve their goals.
The Training Manager role oversees our work based and independent living training through work-based experiences and accredited training (Agored (Pembrokeshire College), ASDAN and Qualsafe). They also work directly with participants to support their development and progression into employment and provides support to help them remain and develop in the workplace where needed. The training manager works with partners, other providers, employers and our own social enterprise managers and employees to ensure people have access to training and development opportunities to gain vocational experience and accreditation for the work that they do. If you have experience of supporting people with barriers to working such as disabilities, learning disabilities and or autism, mental health conditions and/or have experience working with businesses or in a training role this could be an opportunity for you.
You will need to have excellent communication skills and a positive attitude towards progression and removal of barriers to work. Believing in what people can do and supporting them to achieve this.
