Overall job purpose
Teulu Mon is an inclusive service on Anglesey which acts as the first point of contact for all Adults, Children, Families and professionals in accessing information, advice and assistance in relating to Adults, Children or Families on Anglesey. The post holder will work as part of a team being the welcoming and informative initial point of engagement.
