Conwy Telecare Service supports a range of individuals to stay safe and independent by providing technology within the home, such as a personal alarm system or sensors. Based within the Information, Advice & Assistance Section, you will be the first point of contact for a team that manages a workflow that is fast paced by
• Answering calls from customers, referrers and third party organisations.
• Processing referrals
• Raising & cancelling invoices
• Signposting to relevant information sources, services or organisations
An understanding of social care can be learned “on the job”, if no previous experience has been gained.
About you:
With your proven ability to follow processes, you are a confident administrator who strives for excellent customer service.
• You are an adept administrator
• You are an excellent communicator with a variety of audiences, who understands when to seek guidance or escalate issues
• You enjoy the challenge of delivering the best customer service, ensuring continuous improvement
• You value processes and approaches to get the right systems in place, to assist people, whilst understanding their need to be reviewed.
• Your organised, methodical approach to the role will support colleagues in the installation team to deliver effectively
