Overall job purpose
You will be responsible for the leadership of Registered Managers in our Adult Residential Services over multiple sites, and for the high quality of care provided in the services they lead.
You will provide robust oversight of the operational compliance and standard of care provided whilst inspiring your teams to deliver offering support, guidance, direction and empowering the staff team to deliver outstanding care & support to the people we support, whilst ensuring we maintain a high standard of compliance and outcomes.
