Overall job purpose

The successful candidate will provide Information, Advice, Assistance and Intervention to families on a wide range of issues such as Parenting, Emotional Regulation etc  
 
The successful candidate will be required to work on a 1:1 basis or in a group setting with children, young people and / or their families in various settings e.g Schools, Homes, Community. The candidate will have to be able to work independently and as part of a team to offer an excellent service to children and their families in 
Anglesey to ensure that families are able to improve their own strengths to empower them to make informed decisions and take responsibility for their own lives.
