Support Worker - Supported Living

We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated candidates who have empathy and respect. The ideal candidate will appreciate the differences in others and strive to deliver a person- centred service. They will work well as part of a team and on their own initiative; and be able to follow plans and break down barriers to ensure outcomes are achieved. They will be flexible in their approach and committed to making a positive difference.

You will be based on site in one of the supported living houses and qualified preferably to NVQ level 2 or the ability and commitment to achieve this qualification within a set time frame.

The successful applicants will:

• Have passion and the commitment to work in partnership with other colleagues and to ensure that the service provision is person centred , reliable and dignified.

• Meet the full requirements of the role as identified in the Job Description (available on request)
