We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Support Workers to join our team. We are actively seeking individuals to cover both full time (42 hours per week) and part time (flexible and negotiable).
The ideal candidates will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. This position requires a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our service users while promoting their independence and dignity.
Responsibilities
Supporting individuals to lead a fulfilling life and to help them achieve their aspirations, providing companionship and emotional support.
Engage service users in meaningful activities that promote mental and emotional well-being.
Keep accurate written daily records for the support provided.
Work with other stakeholders to create robust person-centred personal plans.
Support individuals to attend health appointments, and social activities.
Some individuals' may require support with their daily living activities, and personal care such as bathing, dressing and meal preparation.

- Previous experience in social health care, or similar settings is preferred but not mandatory, as training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with service users from diverse backgrounds.
- A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to Achieve High Standards of Care and Support
- Enhanced DBS will be required
- Full UK Driving Licence Desirable as we operate in a rural area
