- Provide support tailored to the unique needs of each individual, respecting their dignity and promoting independence.

- Support health and personal care routines, including medication management with professionalism and sensitivity.

- Enable participation in meaningful activities, helping individuals achieve their goals and enjoy fulfilling lives.

- Uphold all health, safety, and safeguarding policies, fostering a safe environment for everyone.
