This is an exciting opportunity for a suitably qualified worker to join our dedicated Connected Persons team committed team supporting Special Guardians in achieving the best outcomes for the children and young people they care for.
As a Special Guardianship Coordinator, you will be responsible for signposting, providing direct engagement, crisis support, advocacy, and administrative duties. You will collaborate with other professionals to ensure early identification and response to needs, including crisis situations. Your role will involve maintaining accurate records, writing reports, and fulfilling various service roles.
It is essential that the post holder has the ability to travel throughout the County on a regular basis, often to and from remote locations at short notice.
As the team works in a bilingual area, the ability to communicate in both Welsh and English is desirable for the above post.
