An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced, highly motivated and innovative
social work professional to join the Central Monmouthshire Integrated Team based at
Monnow Vale Hospital. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic multi-disciplinary team and with a range of providers and partner organisations to develop community-based solutions in providing support to vulnerable individuals.

Post Details

SALARY - IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Salary would be pro rata if not working full time hours or 52 weeks per year.

i.e. 37 hours per week / 32.5 per week for School Teachers

Temporary End Date (if applicable):

Location: Monnow Vale, NP25 5BL, United Kingdom. This may change in the future if the service location needs to relocate. Relocation or disturbance expenses will not be paid if this happens.
