Our Integrated Disability Service is on the lookout for a dedicated and compassionate Social Worker to join our vibrant team, supporting children and young people up to the age of 25.
This is more than just a job – it’s a chance to empower young people with disabilities to live full, meaningful lives. You’ll work closely with families, health professionals, and education partners to create tailored, outcome-focused support plans that reflect what really matters to each individual.
As a Social Worker in our team, you’ll:
