This is an exciting opportunity for a social worker to join a dynamic and creative team focussed on strength-based assessment, active care planning, and strong partnership working. This is a varied role involving a wide range of responsibilities and opportunities whilst always ensuring children have their voices are heard and are involved in decisions that affect them. As a Social Worker in the Children with Disabilities Team team you will provide support to some of our most vulerable children. You will be developing and delivering Care and Support Plans in collaboration with families and other partners, this will include safeguarding work and working with children who are Looked After by the Local Authority.

SALARY - IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Salary would be pro rata if not working full time hours or 52 weeks per year.
i.e. 37 hours per week / 32.5 per week for School Teachers
