Role of a Shared Lives CarerAs a Shared Lives carer, you will:
- Provide Personal Support: Assist with daily activities such as washing, eating, and mobility.
- Offer Emotional Support: Encourage and support individuals in building confidence and pursuing their goals.
- Facilitate Community Engagement: Help individuals participate in community activities, fostering social connections.
- Promote wellbeing: support individuals to live in an environment that develops independence and recovery.
