Bridgend County Borough Council is seeking a motivated individual who has a passion for ensuring children, young people and their family’s needs are being met at an early stage, preventing issues escalating to the point that statutory services are required.
Your experience as a professional involved in education, social care or the voluntary sector will allow you to work closely to support the management and development of the Early Help front door delivery whilst maintaining a small caseload, which leads to improved outcomes for children, young people and their families. You will also work with a variety of staff across health, police, education, and social care to improve outcomes for children, young people and families who have been identified as in need of Early Help support.

The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post.
Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.
An Enhanced with Childrens Barred list criminal records check by the Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) is a requirement for this post.
A valid driving licence is requirement for this post.
