About you
What We’re Looking For
- HCPC-registered Occupational Therapist
- Significant post-qualification experience within social care
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation (e.g., Social Services and Wellbeing (Wales) Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act)
- Confidence managing complex cases and risk assessments
- A natural leader with excellent communication and mentoring skills
- Passion for enabling independence and improving outcomes
