About the Role An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Reablement service for people wanting to make a real difference to the lives of people. Reablement is a dynamic, rapid and flexible responsive service providing support for individuals to regain independence, by focusing resources on supporting people to remain as independent as possible. We support people who have potential to regain any lost skills due to a stay in hospital, an illness or accident and / or a loss of confidence in doing everyday tasks.
We support individuals to remain in their own homes by providing reablement support to adults that require assistance with activities of daily living such as personal care, physical and emotional wellbeing, maintaining nutrition or meal preparation.
We are looking for dynamic, self-motivated candidates who have empathy and respect. The ideal candidate will appreciate the differences in others and strive to deliver a person-centred service. They will work well as part of a team and on their own initiative; and be able to follow personal plans and break down barriers to ensure outcomes are achieved. They will be flexible in their approach and committed to making a positive difference.
