This is an exciting opportunity to influence service delivery, support workforce development, and ensure compliance within a regulated social care environment.
You will:
- Lead, supervise and support a team of Reablement Supervisors, providing coaching, guidance and performance management.
- Deputise for the Reablement Team Manager and provide leadership across the service when required.
- Oversee staff supervision, appraisals, training compliance and professional development.
- Manage rotas, workloads and staffing resources to ensure the effective delivery of services.
- Work alongside the Quality and Compliance Manager to maintain regulatory standards and drive continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with health professionals, partner agencies and multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless support for citizens.

- Ensure high-quality services that meet the requirements of Care Inspectorate Wales and Social Care Wales.

About you
About You
We're looking for a confident, compassionate and organised leader who can inspire others while maintaining a strong focus on quality and performance.
You will have:
- A minimum of two years' management experience within a social care setting.
- Experience of managing workloads, rotas, service delivery and staff performance.
- Experience working collaboratively with partner agencies and health professionals.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of the Social Services and Wellbeing (Wales) Act 2014 and the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016.
- Registration with Social Care Wales and the required Health and Social Care qualifications.
