An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Prevention & Wellbeing Service for a motivated and organised individual to support the delivery of key transformational projects and partnership initiatives across Bridgend County Borough.
The role will involve leading and coordinating projects, supporting consultation and engagement activity, managing project documentation and reporting, and working closely with internal services, regional partners and community organisations.
We are looking for someone with:
- Experience of delivering projects or programmes
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
- Good organisational and report writing skills
- A collaborative and proactive approach to partnership working
This is an excellent opportunity to gain experience in strategic project delivery while supporting prevention and wellbeing priorities across the borough.
