Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the end-to-end delivery of assigned capital projects, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Establish and maintain robust frameworks for project governance, scheduling, quality assurance, and risk management.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including health boards, registered social landlords, and voluntary sector partners.
- Prepare funding applications and business cases using the Five Case Model.
- Monitor project performance, budgets, and compliance, reporting to governance boards and senior leadership.
About You: - Educated to degree level in a relevant field, with substantial experience in project management within social care, health, or housing.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects from inception to completion.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools; Prince2 or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High level of digital competence and proficiency in project management systems.
