Personal Assistant required in Rhyl.

Hours: An average of 14 hours weekly over two or three days
Rate of pay: £13.75 per hour

I am an adult male with a generous and helpful disposition. I have a diagnosis of autism. I am also diabetic and follow a gluten free diet.
I love visiting cafes and garden centres. I like to ride my bike and I love to go fishing. I also have an interest in cars and dogs.
I am looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Personal Assistant to support me to plan activities and access my local community. I would like to increase my confidence and social resilience and hopefully build new friendships.
Qualifications & Experience:
· Experience of providing support and care.
· Awareness, understanding and ideally experience of diabetes management
· An awareness and understanding of autism.
· Driving licence essential
