We are keen to welcome an enthusiastic and motivated Community Support Worker into the Special Guardianship part of the Placement Team, with a view to offering support to Special Guardians to maintain stable placements for the children and young people in their care. This post involves working closely with experienced members of staff, including Social Workers and other professionals and benefits from an experienced management team.
The post is based at the Civic Centre, Pontypool and also involves spending time working from home, offering support virtually and through telephone calls, as well as home visits to Special Guardians.
